Engagement

Serve & Observe Trips
Act Five offers 2–3 day service learning experiences in the city of Hamilton. Designed for high school and church youth groups, these trips inspire youth and their leaders to serve others, step outside of comfort zones, see how God is working in the world around us, and grow as a community.

Winter Learning Series
Join us in February and March for 6 weeks of learning! Each year we dive into a different theme, inviting scholars and storytellers to spark our imaginations in new ways. The Winter Learning series welcomes folks from all generations who are hungry to learn alongside the broader Act Five community. Stay tuned for updates on next year’s theme.

Workshops
We have a variety of workshops we offer that we would love to facilitate with your group. Some examples of talks and workshops we’ve facilitated (stay tuned for more details):
- Paying Attention
- The Gift of Place
- Stepping out of the Boat
- Chaos to Joy
- Do Hard Things

Speaking Engagements
Invite one of our staff or an alumni ambassador to come speak at your church, at a youth retreat, a school chapel, or with a community of educators or leaders. We are passionate about sharing about the work at Act Five, and are also equipped to speak on and facilitate learning on a number of topics that can support your community.
